Verizon Wireless December 9 2011 Launch Galaxy Nexus Pushed Back?

Verizon Wireless is delaying launch of Galaxy Nexus by Samsung Cell Phones.
We have never had a official announcement for the Nexus. Some leaked documents showed a Galaxy Nexus arriving at Verizon on December 9, 2011 which made sence because Verizon almost always releases phones on Thursdays.
The newest Nexus Cell Phone is loaded with Android 4.0 OS and is to be the first device with the new Mobile OS in the States. The UK has already been selling the Ice Cream Phones, but the US Version is said the be a fresh frozen version.
The Nexus Galaxy Ice Cream Phone tentativly going to be sold for $299.99 with a 2 year contract.
